Sharkia Nights is all about choice, diversity and the pleasure of discovering multiple flavors in one evening. The buffet is filled with a wide selection of mezze, where fresh ingredients and familiar combinations come together in dishes inspired by Lebanese food: hummus and babaganoush, tabbouleh, falafel and warm, freshly baked pita.
