Terms and Conditions – Blu Benefits program
It is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below:
• Any new member enrolling the “Blu Benefits” loyalty program will receive automatically the membership card. The loyalty card will be activated together with the next transaction in any of the eligible restaurants and bars.
• The loyalty program “Blu Benefits” is available in the following restaurants and bars: Aristocool, Ginger Sushi Bar & Lounge, Prime Steaks & Seafood, Sharkia, Dacia Felix Restaurant, PSG Pool Bar.
• Signing up for the program and receiving the first “Blu Benefits” card cannot be done in any other place then the eligible restaurants and bars.
• The “Blu Benefits” card entitles the owner to a 10% discount for food and drinks. This discount is received by the member when joining the program and activated together with the next transaction.
• The “Blu Benefits Plus” card entitles the owner to a 15% discount for food and drinks. The member is upgraded from “Blu Benefits” to “Blu Benefits Plus” card when reaching the total spent amount of 2000 Lei in in the eligible restaurants and bars, in one calendar year.
• The “Blu Benefits VIP” card entitles the owner to a 20% discount for food and drinks. The member is upgraded from “Blu Benefits Plus” to “Blu Benefits VIP” card when reaching the total spent amount of 4000 Lei in in the eligible restaurants and bars, in one calendar year.
• When the status is upgraded, the member will receive by email a notification. The member will have to pick up the new card from the Reception of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest and leave the old card in order to benefit the new discount level.
• Cards must be presented in the restaurants and bars when requesting the bill and will be swiped to authorize your discount. Discounts cannot be given retrospectively.
• All “Blu Benefits”, “Blu Benefits Plus” and “Blu Benefits VIP” cards are for individual use only and are nontransferable.
• Only one Loyalty Card may be used per table or order.
• The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or for meetings and events.
• If during one year from the day when getting an upgraded level of membership, the member does not reach the same annual amount correspondent to the membership level, then this member’s status will be downgraded to the level corresponding to the spent amount in the previous 12 months. Valid for both “Blu Benefits Plus” and “Blu Benefits VIP”.
• Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest reserves the right to terminate the program, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or partially at any time with or without notice. Employees of Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest and their families are not eligible for membership.
• The discounts are not available for meetings and events and do not apply for groups bigger than 8 persons.
